HEALTH & WELLNESS: 8 DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS

In the last decade there has been an increased awareness and understanding of how wellness is not just physcial, but rather is spans out into all aspects of life. Not only do we need to make sure our bodies are physically healthy, we have to ensure that 7 other areas (also labeled as dimensions) are getting the same TLC that our bodies are getting. Boston University compiled all 8 dimensions for us to look at and get a better understanding on how to become a healthier version of ourselves. To view this article, click here!
