OVERCOMING OBSTACLES: How Can I Cope Better at Work?

Sometimes the best way to understand how to manage mental health issues at work is by listening to other people’s stories. Workplace Strategies for Mental Health asked several individuals to share their coping strategies for their “Working Through It” series. Some of the ideas mentioned are having a close companion at work, practicing deep breathing and meditation, periodically changing the work environment, taking breaks and time off, and having open communication with management.
