Asking the interviewer questions is one of the most overlooked aspects of the interview process. The potential employer is looking to see if you have come prepared, researched the company, and are ready to ask engaging questions about the position. The interviewer will continue to draw conclusions about you based on the questions that you ask or don’t ask. Don’t just ask about the compensation and benefits, which of course everyone wants to know, but also ask about the work, the company, and the team you will be working with.
